His work spans three decades and spans many disciplines; he began as a physics teacher, he has led many initiatives like Conceptual foundation for IIT/JEE and is still going strong as an academician, writer, editor, poet, artist, and psychologist.
During his career spanning over 31 years, Mr. Srinivas made significant contributions in the arena of education. He was instrumental in the establishment of Krishnaveni Talent Schools, especially in the second phase in terms of strategy and conception. He worked very closely with many teachers in realising his dream of creating a network of progressive educational institutions.
                    Mr.Srinivas is a firm believer that the people who are able to continually learn new and better forms of knowledge that they can apply to their work and lives will be the ones who shape our society in the years to come. Even after becoming a prominent educator in the state, he kept studying for years. Mr. Srinivas is a lifelong student who has earned postgraduate degrees in psychology, law, business administration, and even journalism in addition to his undergraduate degree in engineering from Osmania University. 
                     Mr. Srinivas, in 2016, launched a new assessment project called QTSE (Quest Talent Search Examination) with the goal of equipping the next generation with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in an increasingly competitive global economy. Mr. Srinivas says, "Exams like the IIT-JEE, AIEEE, AIIMS, AFMC, CAT, SAT, GRE, and GMAT are meant to evaluate the fundamental strengths of a student. Therefore, it is important that the foundation be made as solid as feasible. All Quest assessment tests are designed with this precise philosophy in mind.
                         Mr.Srinivas was touched by the plight of the young students affected by the Covid school closures. He realised the importance of providing today's youth with the knowledge they need to succeed in an increasingly complex and competitive world.
                  He launched a YouTube channel in the year 2019, Now, he's helping students get ready for tests like the IIT Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) on his popular YouTube account, which he's appropriately named Prasthanam ( a great Journey) 
Mr.Srinivas has a profound respect for Telegu poets and the art form itself.  He considers himself fortunate to have been offered the chance to work with Telangana's great poets and scholars through Krishnaveni Kala Samiti. 
He has initiated many literary events for poets of the brought some great writings into light by publishing them through Krishnaveni Kala Samithi. His latest poetry compilation, "Mahalakshmi Vipanchi," was published last year, marking his first go at the poet's craft and earned applauds from the eminent poets of the state.
Mr. Srinivas believes that Humility is the true key to success, he always says ‘I've been lucky to have a good support system - my family, friends and colleagues to keep me grounded and humble and to keep working hard. I never give up.”
